I cannot say enough nice things about Jon. He was very professional to deal with and extremely communicative. He addressed my email on a weekend, found a time that worked to meet me during the week and gave me his expert opinion on a pretty big issue (amongst many) I had been having with a home being built with a big name home builder in the area. Unfortunately, I did not get to utilize the rest of Jon's services as his advice was the icing on the cake that swayed us to end our contract on the home, however, I dont doubt his report would have been expertly detailed and helpful should we have continued with the home.
