Jon Torres, P.E.
Partner & Chief Visionary Officer (CVO)
Jon graduated from The University of Alabama Huntsville in 2017 with a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering. He went on to work in the commercial real estate sector. His role consisted of site selection, due diligence, land development, project management, construction administration, and design management of various types of commercial real estate. Jon also spent time as a Civil Engineering Consultant in Huntsville, AL before founding Ivaldi Engineering in June of 2021. Throughout his time in the industry, Jon has also served as an officer in the Army National Guard, most recently at the rank of Captain. As CVO, Jon is committed to driving the vision of Ivaldi forward by predicting market trends, developing client relationships, building and fostering a culture devoted to our Core Values, and finding new and creative ways for Ivaldi to deliver more and better products and services.
Eric Bonds, P.E.
Partner & Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Eric graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2018 with a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering. At the start of his engineering career he took a job performing topographical and boundary surveying as well as construction engineering and inspection for various projects. He quickly promoted to project manager in 2020. In this role, he performed engineering work on various projects, including site design, transportation design, utility design, due diligence, traffic signal design, and traffic impact studies. As COO he leads and manages the daily business operations of Ivaldi Engineering. He ensures the company is organized, optimized, and prepared to meet its goals in an ever-changing market.
Barbi Osborne
Engineering Specialist
Barbi Osborne brings over two decades of experience in graphic design, production artistry, and architectural drafting to Ivaldi Engineering. Her career began with a strong foundation in graphic design, supported by her degrees from the Art Institute of Atlanta she earned in 2002 and 2010. She later expanded her expertise to include technical drafting and architectural design, culminating in an Advanced Manufacturing Architectural Design and Drafting degree from Calhoun College.
Barbi’s diverse skills and background in fields like biotechnology, real estate, and architectural signage provide Ivaldi with fresh perspectives that elevate design standards and enhance efficiency. Her ability to adapt and excel outside the traditional civil engineering sphere has proven a valuable asset to the team, contributing to innovative problem-solving and streamlined project workflows. Skilled in a variety of design software, she combines creativity with technical precision, continuously advancing Ivaldi's commitment to quality and impactful design solutions.
Abby Guillemette
Environmental Specialist
Abby Guillemette joined Ivaldi Engineering, bringing her diverse background in biological sciences and environmental management, which has enabled the company to expand into geotechnical aspects of the civil engineering field. Abby holds a Master of Science in Biological Sciences from Auburn University, where she developed expertise in climate change research, field sampling, and data analysis. Her work in environmental science brings a fresh perspective and a novel approach to engineering challenges.
Abby holds a QCI certification, performs site inspections, drafts erosion and sediment control plans, and builds complex surfaces in Civil 3D, continually improving the team’s standards of efficiency and quality. Her unique combination of field experience, technical skill, and commitment to sustainable practices makes her an invaluable asset, enhancing Ivaldi’s ability to offer comprehensive environmental insights alongside civil engineering solutions.
adam clinard
Senior Designer
Adam Clinard has over 20 years of experience as a Civil Designer, specializing in transportation design. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with MicroStation to produce CADD drawings and models, developing construction plans for roadway design projects serving state, local, and private clients. His expertise spans a variety of design software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, InRoads, and OpenRoads Designer, enabling him to bring adaptable, cross-disciplinary design solutions to any project.
In addition to his technical proficiency, Adam is a collaborative and dependable professional known for his ability to multi-task and contribute to a team’s success. His experience, dedication, and problem-solving mindset make him an invaluable asset to Ivaldi Engineering.
